The expansion of the national electrical network, in an operation valued at USD 100 million; the construction of the expansion of the water supply for the city of Quito in an operation valued at USD 70 million; financing granted to one of the largest local steel companies for the construction of a new plant, in an operation valued at USD 37 million; financing granted to the concessionaire of the Guayaquil drinking water and sewerage service in a transaction valued at USD 70 million; financing granted to the first port concessioned under the PPP modality in an operation valued at more than USD 300 million.

Experience in financing operations granted by private international financial entities, granted to Ecuadorian private companies, among which are: financing granted to the largest retail company in an operation valued at more than $ 230 million; loan granted in favor of the largest private university in the country, in the amount of $ 18 million; loan granted to one of the local photovoltaic energy generation companies, in an operation valued at USD 2 million; refinancing granted in favor of one of the most important food production companies in the country, in an operation valued at USD 3 million.

Experience in public procurement, in different contractual modalities and procedures, such as: Legal advice in the processes, pre contractual and contractual, under the public procurement regime of an international company in the renewable energy (wind) sector, for the maintenance of the largest wind farm in operation in Ecuador, in an operation valued at USD 3 million.

In matters of labor law, he provides specialized legal advice on individual hiring, conflict resolution, planning and restructuring of personnel, and drafting of legal documents.

In terms of public law, he has vast experience in drafting legal opinions related to labor matters, public, financial and banking law, stock market, and public procurement; preparation of legal documents related to companies in the energy and mining sector.

He had active participation in the drafting of several bills, as well as secondary regulations related to the electric power, hydrocarbons and public-private partnerships sectors. He is a member of the World Bank expert group for public-private partnerships in Ecuador.
