Sarah SAMEUR specializes in impact project finance in the infrastructure (commercial and non-profit) and renewable energy sectors. Sarah SAMEUR advises States, international and financial development organizations, NGOs and social companies. She has been professionally and personally committed to the respect of human rights and the protection of the most vulnerable for the past ten years. Her practice extends to the respect of human rights, CSR, and ethics in the business world (notably in the context of complex commercial transactions and the financing of large projects).

Sarah Sameur started her career as an investment fund lawyer and worked in top-tier international law firms in Paris (Norton Rose Fulbright LLP and DLA Piper LLP). She also acted, as International Legal Counsel to the African Legal Support Facility (ALSF) an international development organization of the African Development Bank Group (AfDB) in Côte d'Ivoire, and in this context, assisted many French-speaking Sub-Saharan African States in the structuring and negotiation of project financing in infrastructure and renewable energy sectors. Sarah Sameur also developed and supervised numerous legal capacity building seminars for public authorities and senior officials.
